Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or product issues. If you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
